How it works
1. Free alignment call
We start with a free 30 minute call to align on your new venture (or big bet), your goals, and who should join the sessions.
P.S.: If on this call I feel a Risk Audit isn’t the right move for you, I’ll tell you, and point you to a better next step instead.
2. Surfacing and mapping risks (2 hours session)
A 2 hour collaborative workshop with you and your core team (up to 4 people including you). We’ll pull out your key assumptions and cluster them into themes and map them across the risk vs. certainty matrix.
3. Design an experiment (2 hours session)
In another 2 hour session we pick your single riskiest assumption and decide exactly what we want to learn from it. Then, we design a simple, concrete experiment you can run by yourself, at your own pace.
4. Capture everything in one place
A few days after the session, you’ll receive a concise but comprehensive document with your assumption map, prioritised risks, and the experiment we designed together, so your team can act without losing momentum.
